An @MLforKids user is reporting a problem because they consistently get an HTTP-403 response when fetching storage.googleapis.com/tfjs-models/tfjs/speech-commands/v0.3/browser_fft/18w/metadata.json As far as I can tell, that file doesn't require any authentication.
