  1. I got an email asking if I was available for a call at a certain time, with a link starts-at.com/e/?t=0930&d=2020-09-17&tz=EST%20/%20EDT%20%28Eastern%20Time%29 to save me having to do the timezone conversion. Such a tiny simple thing, but so thoughtful it's making me smile
