@Cleo_Qc If it helps, you can look at my extensions - e.g. github.com/IBM/taxinomitis/blob/master/resources/scratch3-text-classify.js (It might look a bit weird because I'm using mustache to template them, so the {{}} bits are filled in when I generate an extension. But hopefully you can still get the idea.)
